Palms Beachfront Special Event Centre, is located adjacent to the main resort, boasting absolute magical views to the Coral Sea and Dunk Island. Purpose built to suit the Tropical North Queensland’s warm weather, our indoor/ outdoor style venue with abundant natural lighting creates a dreamy setting for an unforgettable reception. The raised decking has a seating capacity for 130 guests set amongst luscious tropical gardens with the marquee protecting you and your guests from the elements.
For smaller weddings of fewer than 30 guests we recommend our private upper decked area at Bibesia Beach Club capturing the views of Dunk Island and the Coral Sea with the natural beauty of coconut palms in the foreground.

Bibesia Beach Club Restaurant has a concept that local is best, a simple but often looked over ideal. In keeping to this, all produce is sourced from within 30kms of the resort. This ensures that it is not only fresh but our chef is in contact with the local farmers and producers. He guarantees the food you eat is the best seasonal product in the area. In conjunction with the only true beach front dining experience in Mission Beach you can’t go wrong. All you have to worry about is enjoying a cocktail by the pool whilst watching another perfect day coming to a close over the beautiful Coral Sea and starting your gastronomic journey through Far North Queensland.
